Philip L. martin, ESQ.

Mr. Martin is the Senior Litigation Attorney at Invictus, whose practice is commercial litigation and real estate foreclosure. Mr. Martin focuses on handling any disputes between businesses and customers when deals go wrong, dealing primarily with real property disputes, failed business transactions, employment disputes, foreclosures, collections, and other business disagreements. He currently represents clients ranging from individuals to small entities and large businesses, and previously has represented government entities.  With his background in commercial litigation, Mr. Martin has been instrumental in developing agreements to keep agreements from ending up in litigation.   Mr. Martin is admitted to practice in Utah, Colorado, and Florida, and is also admitted to the Federal District Courts of those States, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.



Mr. Jackson focuses his practice on both litigation and transactional matters. He regularly assists companies comply with federal and state advertising laws. Mr. Jackson also has extensive experience advising on real estate matters.  He operate a sister company, Invictus Title Insurance Agency, and provides counsel for insurance related matters.  Mr. Jackson is also regularly involved in commercial litigation.  He holds licenses in New York, California, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Alaska.  Mr. Jackson speaks Spanish and previously worked for a law firm in Santiago, Chile.

Mr. Knowlton serves as corporate counsel to multi-national advertising conglomerate and to a real estate company. Mr. Knowlton devotes the majority of his practice to federal and state regulatory compliance, corporate governance, government relations, employment law (representing management), and commercial real estate law.  He is also Chair of the Firm’s Ethics and Professionalism Committee, and a Member of the Firm’s Hiring Committee. Mr. Knowlton is an active member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Electronic Retailing Association.  In 2014, Mr. Knowlton was selected in the Mountain States Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list in the Corporate Law category.  Mr. Knowlton is admitted to practice in Arizona and Utah.
